At By Alexa Rae, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of your delivery date.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached to be eligible for a return.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items and use the prepaid shipping label provided via email to drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a digital gift card for the full value of your items to be used on your next fashion find.
